Shop Policies and Processing times

Please take time to read my shop policies.

All my ready to ship items will be processed within 3-5 working days once you place your order. Most of my jewellery that is made to order takes between 7-21 days, depending on the metal and gemstones used. Silver wear usually takes around 7 days and most gold items take up to 21 days to make. If you have any questions about my products, your order or shipping times then please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Import Tax

Customers are responsible for any customs duties applied to the importation of their order.


Quotes and prices are in US Dollars and GB Pounds. If you’d like a quote in your currency, please get in touch and i’ll be happy to assist.


All items will be shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery within the U.K. This is a guaranteed and tracked next working day service. Your package will need a SIGNATURE ON ARRIVAL.

For all free shipping outside the U.K. I use Royal Mail and your own countries national Postal Service. For example USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Deutsche Post, La Poste and so on.

Shipping within the EU usually takes 3-6 working days. For worldwide shipping, please allow 7-10 working days. Most services are tracked all packages require a signature on arrival. If you want more information on individual countries or would like a fast tracked service, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you would like expedited shipping using Fedex International Priority, please get in touch. This service takes 3 working days and is a fully tracked and signed for service for orders outside the U.K. and costs an additional US$80.

Refunds and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
For returns and exchanges you must contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
To cancel an order you must contact me within 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders.
Earrings – for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Ring Sizing

Please make sure you know your ring size. Do not guess or measure with a piece of string or tape measure. For the most accurate size you can go to any jewelry counter and ask for a measurement.

Re-sizing of finished rings will incur a fee. The cost will depend on the type of ring and the resize.

Custom Orders

We would love to work with you to create something unique and bring your vision to life.

Please read the following so you know what is involved…

The custom order process for a new jewelry design starts with you getting in touch with us. During this first phase I ask you to tell me something about the jewelry you want (the type of jewellery you want, stones, metal, ring size and anything else important to you). All quotes are in USD.

The next step begins after I have a clear understanding of your design. Once we have agreed on a design, price, payment plan and delivery schedule, I will send you a confirmation. When the design is approved and a deposit is made I will beging work on your ring. The final balance is payable upon completion of the commission. Once the finished piece is complete and approved it is a final sale.

Custom designs may be relisted and used in our shop and portfolio for future sales and marketing.

Layaway Plan:

Layaway requires a 20% deposit, with the option to pay in equal installments weekly or monthly or as arranged. If for any reason payment cannot be completed and the order is cancelled we will refund you.

Wear and Tear:

Jewelry is fragile and should be worn with care. Please do not wear your jewelry in the shower or during extreme physical activity. Pearls and softer stones such as turquoise are delicate and should not come into contact with perfumes or hairspray. Oxidation/discoloration can happen to most metals. Please keep your jewellery in a sealed baggy, or box.

Price and Orders Are Subject To Change and/or Cancellation
As the price of diamonds, gemstones and gold are constantly changing, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed on this website that we are unable to process, for any reason at our sole and absolute discretion. You will be notified by email should your order have to be canceled.
